No, users in the U.S will be geoblocked from accessing the CAMP app to mint/redeem or stake USDca. No U.S. users will be able to access any part of the protocol via the web application.

Does CAMP execute on US based exchanges?

No, the hedging side of execution is done using global derivative exchanges all located outside of the U.S. that are not accessible by U.S. persons and which implement full KYC procedures.

Is holding USDca onchain permissionless?

Yes, USDca is a globally accessible, permissionless synthetic dollar.
